Who we are

Why we work this way

I come from a business analysis background, trained to measure outcomes, not outputs. That's exactly how we look at social media.

We kept seeing great local businesses with huge potential and almost no online presence, and freelancers and agencies that fell short, handing over good-looking graphics that didn't move the needle, or doing solid work without ever really knowing the business.

So we built something different: a partnership. We work with you, not just for you. We're your outside eye on your marketing, focused on the full picture, not just posting content. That's the whole reason Tonnta exists.

We serve people first, then the algorithm. Never the other way around. Content that genuinely helps people earns attention, and attention is exactly what the algorithm rewards.

Before any post goes out, we run it through five quick questions:

Keywords · clear what it's about? Retention · holds attention? Clarity · is the message clear? Topics · relevant to your audience? Emotion · does it land?

And what matters most, in order: consistency over time, then the topics we cover, then the polish of the content itself.

What we need from you

Keep it simple

A lot of what we post starts with material from you. Sometimes video, sometimes photos, notes, or whatever fits your business, and sometimes we'll handle a post end to end with nothing needed from you. Either way, we'll always tell you exactly what we need. A few rules keep it sharp:

Sound and light first. For video, record somewhere quiet and well lit. For photos, natural light does the work.

Your phone is enough. No special gear needed.

Show the real thing. The finished job, the product, the team, the day-to-day. Real beats staged.

Keep it natural. Stumble? Just go again. Relaxed and honest beats stiff and perfect.

Batch it. Most clients gather a whole month in one short session.

What happens, and when

The first month is the most hands-on it'll ever be. After that, your time drops right down.

Your first week
  • Fill out your onboarding form (the link's at the bottom).
  • Read this guide. You're doing it now.
  • Book your strategy call, where we review your form, get account access, and plan month one.
Days 5 to 14
  • You send across any material we planned together.
  • We create your first pieces of content, usually live within a week.
  • We check in around the two-week mark.
Day 30 onwards
  • We meet monthly to review performance and strategy.
  • Direct access to us over WhatsApp whenever you need it.
  • We double down on the topics, formats, and hooks that work.

Every month we build your calendar and you approve it before anything goes out. It's pinned at the top of our WhatsApp chat. Each row is one post, with a few key things to check:

What it is

A plain description of the post, so you know what's going out.

What I need from you

Anything needed on your side. Often it just says "Nothing".

Post content

What the post actually says. Worth a read so it sounds right for you.

Captions

The wording that goes out with each post. Please check these before you approve.

Read those, then mark each post Approved or drop a comment if you'd change anything. Approving a post means you're happy with the wording, so a quick read of the captions now saves any surprises later. The rest, hooks and visual briefs, is there if you're curious, but you don't have to touch it.
