A quick read on how we work, what to expect, and the two simple steps to get started. Five minutes, then you're set.
We're a partner, not a content vendor. We don't hand you a list of posts and hope for the best. We take ownership of your strategy and your results. If something isn't working, that's on us to fix, not you. You run your business. We handle the rest.
Your only job: reply when we ask you for something, and send it across. That one input drives everything.
I come from a business analysis background, trained to measure outcomes, not outputs. That's exactly how we look at social media.
We kept seeing great local businesses with huge potential and almost no online presence, and freelancers and agencies that fell short, handing over good-looking graphics that didn't move the needle, or doing solid work without ever really knowing the business.
So we built something different: a partnership. We work with you, not just for you. We're your outside eye on your marketing, focused on the full picture, not just posting content. That's the whole reason Tonnta exists.
Most disappointment with social media comes from wrong expectations at the start. So, plainly:
Real results build over three to six months, not overnight. The early weeks lay the foundation.
We chase what grows your business, not follower counts. The right small audience beats a big anonymous one.
Engagement from those who already know you often matters more than reaching strangers.
One great month then silence does nothing. Showing up every month is what works.
You don't need to master this, that's our job. But a quick look at how we think makes you a better partner.
We serve people first, then the algorithm. Never the other way around. Content that genuinely helps people earns attention, and attention is exactly what the algorithm rewards.
Before any post goes out, we run it through five quick questions:
And what matters most, in order: consistency over time, then the topics we cover, then the polish of the content itself.
A lot of what we post starts with material from you. Sometimes video, sometimes photos, notes, or whatever fits your business, and sometimes we'll handle a post end to end with nothing needed from you. Either way, we'll always tell you exactly what we need. A few rules keep it sharp:
Sound and light first. For video, record somewhere quiet and well lit. For photos, natural light does the work.
Your phone is enough. No special gear needed.
Show the real thing. The finished job, the product, the team, the day-to-day. Real beats staged.
Keep it natural. Stumble? Just go again. Relaxed and honest beats stiff and perfect.
Batch it. Most clients gather a whole month in one short session.
The first month is the most hands-on it'll ever be. After that, your time drops right down.
Every month we build your calendar and you approve it before anything goes out. It's pinned at the top of our WhatsApp chat. Each row is one post, with a few key things to check:
A plain description of the post, so you know what's going out.
Anything needed on your side. Often it just says "Nothing".
What the post actually says. Worth a read so it sounds right for you.
The wording that goes out with each post. Please check these before you approve.
Read those, then mark each post Approved or drop a comment if you'd change anything. Approving a post means you're happy with the wording, so a quick read of the captions now saves any surprises later. The rest, hooks and visual briefs, is there if you're curious, but you don't have to touch it.
Quick to set up, that's all you'll need:
It's never the biggest budget or the most followers. It's the ones who do these, every month:
They reply quickly. Material comes back in days, not weeks.
They stay authentic. They show the business as it really is. Honest beats slick.
They keep us posted. A promotion, a busy season, a launch. We make the most of it.
They trust the quiet weeks. No panic in week three. They know it compounds.
They treat us as partners. They ask, share, and lean on us for strategy. That's what we're here for.
Do these in order and we're off. The form is the foundation of everything we build for you, so block out some proper time to do it well. The better you fill it in, the better your content will be.
